The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Perfectly positioned just footsteps from the aqua waters of Geographe Bay, enjoy French linen dressed beds in our breath-taking bedrooms decorated in rich earthy tones, gorgeously collated interiors, and our expansive ocean-side deck offering bay glimpses. Just add delicious delicacies from Margaret River …and you may never want to leave…

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Escape to our cozy sea container cabin on 100 secluded acres of natural beauty. Relax by the indoor fireplace and under the stars at the outdoor fire pit. Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Valley Retreat, Treeton Winery, Margaret River

This beautiful 2 bedroom-2 bathroom cottage lies between vineyards and jarrah-marri forest. Tranquil views from every window of forest, vineyards, fields and winter creek in the valley. The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Sauna Retreat - Near Town & Beach - Explorers Rest

Nestled among majestic Blue Gum trees and embraced by the natural beauty of the area, this private architecturally designed sauna retreat offers tranquility just two minutes from the cafes and restaurants of the charming township. The stunning Margaret River and beautiful bushwalking tracks are right on your doorstep. Plus, a quick five-minute drive brings you to gorgeous beaches perfect for swimming, surfing, picnicking, or catching one of the world's most spectacular sunsets.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Abbeys Farm Retreat

Abbeys Farm Retreat offers the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. The glamping tent is nestled amongst the trees and overlooks the spring fed dam. It blends the freedom of carefree camping with luxuries you would hope to find in an upmarket resort. Soak your worries away in the outdoor stone bath tub, enjoy the outdoor fire pit under the stars, or simply lounge out in the hammocks, deck chairs, bean bags and day bed.

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Sunset Suite

Just a short walk to Yallingup beach this beautifully presented studio has commanding views of the surf and the sunset. Renowned for its pristine beaches, wineries, galleries and restaurants this region has so much on offer and more. The Sunset Suite is in close proximity to the very best of this and this beautifully designed and furnished studio will be the perfect launching pad for your Down South getaway.
