Our cottage offers a relaxed comfortable stay with stunning mountain views & acres of parkland gardens to wander. Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

The Red Barn: Self contained, quiet, close 2 town

R e l a x in a self contained, private , cozy barn situated at the end of the driveway, separate from the house. The Red Barn provides a beautiful and serene space only a few minutes level walk into town. Simply walk out of the driveway, turn left, left at the cross street, then right and you’ll be across the road from the famous donut van. Berry Village pool is also just a few minutes level walk away at the Showgrounds. Head out for a meal/drinks and not worry about driving home. 🥳💫

Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

The Nest - Berry - self contained garden apartment

The Nest is a peaceful & private self-contained space, tucked away at the back of the property, and only a 5 minute stroll into town. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. The main lounge room is a large open plan space with kitchenette - including tea & coffee making facilities - then a separate generous sized bedroom with Queen bed and renovated ensuite bathroom. Pet friendly with fully enclosed fence.

Kameruka, perfectly positioned on private property to take in rainforest and views to the south following the coastline past Jervis Bay. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.

Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .
