Lots of restaurants and shopping are near by. Tech and the medical district are just a short 10 minute drive. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

If you're looking to spend the weekend or even a week at our little oasis around Buffalo Springs Lake - then we have your space! Fishing, swimming, boating and all sorts of water activities. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake.
