Magical historic stone cottage in Snowdonia

A beautiful, Grade II-listed stone cottage in one of Snowdonia’s loveliest valleys. Our 18th century cottage is nestled beneath low hills in Cwm Pennant, a quiet, beautiful valley in the heart of Eryri National Park. Sitting off the road, our only neighbours are sheep and cows - an ancient church across a river is the only building in sight. The cottage is as cosy and comfortable on the inside as it is historic and beautiful on the outside - perfect whatever the season.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Derwin is an 18th century longhouse with a large farmhouse kitchen and an oil fired aga. It has a spacious lounge with a log burning stove. A 12 mile long cycle track runs to Caernarfon Castle from the cottages, an ideal walk with or without dogs.
