The cottage has a fenced in backyard space fun and safe for the fur kids and the fur less! The cottage sits on the main road to Holden Beach, which is a very active rural route. Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
