Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.

Located in a quiet rear building in the historic Paulus Hook neighborhood, this apartment is on the 1st floor (the owners live on the top two floors). The apartment has a full kitchen and wifi, and is entered through a lovely courtyard garden that guests can enjoy in good weather, which has chairs and a picnic table.
