The Quart

Weston sub Edge is a small village close to the start of the Cotswold Way, 20 minutes from the home of Shakespeare at Stratford Upon Avon, two miles from Chipping Campden and its Music and Literature Festivals, Broadway, Longborough Opera, Daylesford, and National Trust properties. We are perfectly located for walking and exploring. Do bring your dog but please don't leave them on their own in The Quart. Transport is essential as we are very rural and taxis and buses aren't always available.

Broadway Deli is next door, Russell's Restaurant across the road: very comfortable country living. Broadway also offers cafes, art galleries, 2 small museums and stylish independent shops. Bucolic walks along the Cotswolds Way pass the front door. This 17thC property has been "gently coaxed into the 21st century" as a Cotswolds Place project designed for easy, restful stays.

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

There is a large reception room and balcony which enjoys views over the private garden. There is an open plan kitchen / dining room and on the second floor is two double bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a variety of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and parks on your door step! Sorry - no pets. .

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Our Grade II listed property, once the town's sweet shop, was built in the early 1800's and is centrally located on the High Street alongside other picturesque Cotswold stone houses. Beautiful one bedroom apartment, sympathetically restored to a high standard with log burning stove (logs not provided but can be purchased locally), exposed beams and stone walls, with all the charm and cosiness you would expect from a Cotswold property. At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have four self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Should you have any questions about the local area do message or knock on the door when you're here and we will answer these.

A newly renovated self contained space above our double garage with views over the Warwickshire countryside. The property is located on our family farm and we are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful countryside whilst being very accessible from a number of major roads. We are on the northern edge of the Cotswolds and 15 minutes away from Stratford-upon Avon. Villages such as Chipping Camden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold are only a short drive away.
