Our apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet road with the sea at one end and the town at the other. Leave the car on the drive and within a 5 minute walk you can be paddling in the sea, eating ice cream, sipping a coffee, dining on the sea front, surfing in Viking Bay, browsing the shops and markets, watching a film at the Palace Cinema or enjoying live music with a beer. This clean, comfortable and brilliantly situated apartment is the perfect place to enjoy Broadstairs and beyond!

Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!
