We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

Just a twenty minute drive south west of Norwich, the Old Rectory is the perfect bolthole from which to discover Norfolk or just drop in on neighbouring Lotus Cars. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Relax in this modern & calm space. Positioned on a small, quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Thurton. The vibrant city of Norwich is just 20 minutes drive away. The ideal location to explore the Norfolk Broads, surrounding countryside and coast. The property has off street parking and is a 5 minute walk to the local bus stops (Norwich, Beccles & Lowestoft) and local pub. The annexe has private access and offers a double bed, kitchen, smart TV, modern furniture, electric radiators and ensuite.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

The accommodation has its own wifi and patio area. Ideal for families, couples, small groups, sole travellers and business trips.

Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Welcome to Little Dial, privately set behind a former village pub in a rural community. Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children.
