Welcome to our cozy cottage conveniently located in the HEART of Broad Ripple Village; one of the best Cultural Districts in Indianapolis & close to Butler University; 1 block to Monon Trail. WALK over to the best brew pubs, restaurants, bars and local shops. You can spend your day exploring all Indy has to offer and in the evenings walk to pubs or dance clubs, or hang out at the cottage with a small campfire out back! It is a small space, ready for 4 easily, but more if needed. Pet friendly.

Our beautiful home is just 3 blocks to Broad Ripple Avenue, so you can walk to everything the area has to offer such as restaurants, shopping, pubs, parks, and more. Take a stroll, ride a bike, or jog on the Monon Trail 1 block away. Enjoy a meal in the updated kitchen or relax in the fenced backyard with fire pit and hot tub (seasonal tub- closed May-September).

We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.
