The hosts live in the house on the upper floor, but they do not use any of the garden facilities and all facilities such as the seasonal pool, barbecue, table football, darts, sun terrace and relaxation area are exclusively available for the guests. There are small markets, restaurants and cafes nearby.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
