This is a lovely bedsit with fully glazed double patio doors leading onto a private patio with own private entrance from the garden. The room also has an internal door leading to the shared areas of the house. There are 3 other bedsits in the property, so the fully equipped kitchen and dining room are used by the guests in a total of 4 rooms including this one. So you will have full access to a washing machine, oven, fridge hob etc. Located close to Airbus, UWE, MOD and Aztec West

Hello! Our home is in the vibrant and colourful area of Southville, just a short 15 minute walk from Bristol city centre. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Lovely, sunny, double room

A relatively large, double room in the annexe of our family home, just off the famous Gloucester Road. A lovely, large garden just outside the window and your own private entrance. The room is at the back of the house and guests regularly tell us how wonderfully quiet it is. Excellent transport links and close to the city centre, there is also a folding table to work or eat at or simply fold away.
