This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

Come and spend a night on C&S Family Farm! Our studio apartment offers all the comforts of home and more. Nestled at the base of Mt. Mahogany in Utah County, and just a mile away from American Fork Canyon, adventure is literally knocking on your door. Come not just to sleep, but to have an unforgettable experience. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.

Come enjoy our cozy cabin in Big Cottonwood Canyon! Two levels plus a loft provide abundant space. Refinished Douglas Fir floors on the main and second levels and the original stairway between add inviting charm. Lots of windows offer beautiful views and bring in ample natural light. About 45 min from the Salt Lake airport, on a deep lot that backs to the creek in a residential area, the cabin is delightful year-round.
