Location counts - we are 2 min from I 490, 15min walk to downtown and a few blocks from hot Park Ave, where you find a string of restaurants, bars and cafes in a historic neighborhood with great architecture. Many museums in walking distance and close to Roc Uni & the Lilac's fest at Highland Park. The apt is in the attic, completely renovated, modern, cozy, well equipped, and hoping to make you feel like a Robin in her nest. Please few free to have a cup of wine in the pergola in a hot day.

We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

We are seasoned airbnb hosts (check out our other listing APT #1), with great reviews. This is a huge spacious apt great for visiting the U of R (with our without family). It is on the second floor, so there is a staircase. You are free to enjoy the backyard and front porch.
