I love to share my primary residence with other world travelers who enjoy unique experiences and world class architecture. The bungalow is nestled in a park like setting only minutes from local amenities: grocery and liquor stores, restaurants and theaters. This home is an original Sears Roebuck Kit House which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes, and is beautifully restored with period furnishings.

The east side towns are also all within about 3 miles. Excellent grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Parking for 1 vehicle on property.

This Pittsford home is centrally located. It's a short stroll to Oak Hill Country Club, a brief trip to Wegmans, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, and a short, scenic drive to Canandaigua Lake. Paradise East has five bedrooms with option to set up an additional queen bed & twin. Each bedroom has been curated with handcrafted, artisan furniture. Bring Ur Love/enjoy this private home. We R 2.5+- miles 2 historic main street retail/ restaurants/ music/etc. All guests R 2 B registered/paid for 2 B permitted on property even if they're just stopping in. Dock&water stairs are not in the water but the outdoor seating is waiting to be used by my guests. You may move the chairs to your liking outdoors but please put them back where you found them. Pets welcome for a fee.
