There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

The Cliff Top Walks are a 10 minute walk away. They have beautiful views towards the Sea and Brighton. Buses 14, 14c run just across the street approx 20mins to Brighton Pier. 10 mins to Historic Rottingdean Village and 20mins by car to Brighton. When returning get off at Cavendish close.

Adults only sorry - I have a wood burning stove which is open (or not cornered off) so the property is unsafe for children under 12, but all pets are welcome - dogs and cats etc. :) come and chill and relax by the sea (beach a 5 minute walk away!)

The Old Parlour at Norton Farm is a small bungalow with wheelchair access situated in a hamlet called Norton, East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.

This comfortable bungalow being situated in Southwick makes for an excellent low cost visit to Brighton and surrounding areas as it's easy to travel in (train or bus both direct, cheap and quick) but cheaper to rent and away from the noisy aspect of the city! You also have the choice of the quieter end of the beach!
