The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

Beautiful, modern, self-contained annexe with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to central Brighton but relax in peaceful Saltdean if it all gets a bit hectic. Our annexe is located within walking distance to all Saltdean’s attractions including the beach, Lido, South Downs and Saltdean Oval and 1 minute from the bus that will take you into Brighton. We also enjoy easy access by bus to Eastbourne or popular beauty spots including Cuckmere Haven.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Located in the friendly Seven dials neighbourhood of Brighton with great cafe's, pubs, bakeries, shops. Check in is 2.30 pm. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm. No free on street parking even on Sundays in this area
