This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Nära till affärer och Stockholm innerstad gör detta boende till att man kan få en omväxlande semester. Buss 409 och 449 går direkt till Slussen/Gamla Stan om man är sugen på en trip till City. Om man vill ta bilen så finns det gott om badplatser, naturreservat, fika/mat ställen att utforska i närheten eller längre ut i skärgården.

Ligger precis vid Nackareservatet och det tar ca 20-30 min med buss till Stockholm (nearby Slussen). Huset har ett sovloft med plats för två personer, ett litet kök och toalett med dusch samt en liten lounge med två fåtöljer. Finns en liten uteplats och möjlighet att låna kajaker. Det går även att hyra en liten motorbåt som ligger i hamnen framför huset.
