Perfect for families, friends & couples, it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area & private balcony with partial side sea view. We have 1 parking space & shared onsite facilities of a heated indoor swimming pool/sauna/gym/games room/EV chargers & a hot outdoor shower for post surf or post sandy walk.

North Devon Countryside: Peace, Walks, Family Time

Orchard setting with beautiful views, our holiday caravan is somewhere to truly relax and imagine how life could be. Fully equipped for 4 guests, there is private parking, a garden with seating, fire pit and BBQ. Late May to early September guests have shared use of a heated swimming pool. A shared games room with pub pool table is available. Situated a couple of miles from the village, our accommodation is within easy reach of shops and places to eat. There are plenty of country pubs too.

Once the stables and outbuildings of the impressive Corffe House, Corffe has been beautifully restored, transforming it into a relaxing holiday cottage complex with a wealth of facilities for all ages. Whatever the weather, Corffe provides the ideal base for family holidays and gatherings, stay on site and enjoy the shared indoor pool (with hot tub), tennis court and play area or head out and within 10 minutes you’ll be at the nearest beach. Year round week stays and short breaks available.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Privately owned chalet in holiday park

Privately owned chalet in Bideford Bay park. Quiet, convenient location with sea view. Close to on site shop, play area, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. (Note: these facilities only available from Mid March to October) The park (8 miles from Bideford) is close to beaches and local attractions (by car) and is a perfect base for exploring the area. The chalet has 2 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living area Bathroom has shower/basin/toilet. Double glazing throughout. Panel heaters.

Rural with pool, games room & animals to meet

The Grain Store is a comfortable 2 bedroom barn conversion on our smallholding. It's a great base for you to explore all that North Devon has to offer or you can relax on site, swim in the shared heated outdoor pool (1st May to 30th September 2026) or meet the animals. The cottage has one double and one twin bedroom (please note: the twin can only be accessed via the double) and a family bathroom. Well equipped with fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer making this a real home from home

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Rye Cottage, North Hill Cottages

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Rye is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Woolacombe Apartment: Sea Views, parking & beach

A light and airy modern 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Woolacombe, central to the shops, bars and amenities. Seablue View is a couple of minutes walk from the award winning Woolacombe Beach & Barricane Beach with spectacular beach & sunset views. Spacious master bedroom, and second bedroom with a double bed (a single sofa bed chair is available for separate sleeping or small children). Perfect for a shared couples holiday, families or a romantic getaway...

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
