Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Perfect for an Autumn / Winter short break. A small open plan brick and flint cottage and compact courtyard space, positioned in a quiet lane on the outskirts of Docking. (NB. the opposite end from pub & shop.) The cottage is located just 4 miles from the Norfolk Heritage Coast with easy access to great dog walks, bird sanctuaries, nature reserves and cycle paths. Naturally Norfolk are small independent holiday property owners who offer simple, accommodation at a sensible price.

Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.

The stunning parkland of Holkham Hall is close by and Burnham Market with its superb shops and restaurants is only 5 miles away.
