There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The 2nd bedroom has both a queen bed and a bunk bed for larger parties.

We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. Oceanfront Condo for Beach Lovers

Located in Anna Maria Island Club - Our home away from home. Wonderful Panoramic View of Gulf of Mexico. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool, hot tub. Balcony overlooking the Gulf. Near to restaurants and shops. The heated pool and the hot tub is renovated. The elevator is working and we have a new security system. We had no hurricane this season . Everything is better than before the hurricanes last year.

This highly desired condo has been beautifully renovated. Unit #165 is a ground-floor condo that is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for 2 guests that sleeps 4, directly across the street from the beach and comes stocked with everything you need for the beach: beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, boogie boards, and a wagon. The gym and clubhouse are temporarily unavailable.
