We’re a dog friendly 2 brm en-suite, full private upstairs space above the garage with beautiful ever-changing views of the mountains. It is on a private road yet 10 minutes to downtown and the airport. It offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer on over 1 acre. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or out back at the glass table. We’re just down the road from the 2 vet clinics. Cliff's Cabin - authentic Montana retreat

We have two cans of bear spray available for use while hiking or biking area trails! Easy access to all of what Bozeman has to offer--5 miles to the heart of downtown and 38 miles to Big Sky.

It has a full kitchen, living area, 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 full baths, walk in closet, and laundry. Outdoor roof top entertaining space for guests. The condo is upstairs from Ponderosa social club, Ceremony salon and spa, and Bourbon BBQ. Walking distance from lots of local favorites including Freefall Brewery, The Elm, and Access Fitness.

Quiet and comfortable, 2 bedroom guesthouse just outside of town, will be your home away from home. Full kitchen/ bath, radiant floor heat, on-demand hot water so everyone gets a hot shower. Fully stocked kitchen, we are happy to accommodate special requests if possible. Easily accessible with ample adjacent parking. Coded lock provides convenient check-in. Located on a peaceful, dead-end dirt road, just minutes to the Bozeman amenities we love. We have chickens and a docile rooster.

Cozy quiet place with Mountain view

Quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 5 minutes from canyon hiking trails. Wake up to the sound of country winds, roosters and owls singing. I live upstairs so you will hear an occasional sounds of life. I have an outdoor cat, a small Cockapoo that would love to greet you and an older blind Shitzu. There is a fire pit with chairs that you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is tea and coffee ready to be brewed. I am always available with any help.

Private Guest Suite in Log Home w/Mountain Views

You will have your own separate entrance to this charming and comfortable guest suite in the lower level of a 3 story log home. The home is located a few miles North of Bozeman in a quiet neighborhood and features amazing views of the Bridger Mountains. The space was completely renovated during the Summer of 2022 to be a super comfortable and peaceful retreat for two. I live in the upper level of the home, so you will hear occasional sounds of me and my 15lbs Schnauzer mix, Dill.

Guesthouse w/ Great Views & Hot Tub

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.
