Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom

Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed so guests are free to come and go as they please. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. Checkin 3pm checkout 10am.

Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.

The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.
