Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

The one bedroom studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which once was the town post office. It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. The studio has a queen bed, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.

Private beach neighborhood with two charming lanes. The top floor of my contemporary vacation rental affords comfort, views of the beach and marsh. 173 steps to the beach on expansive Buzzards Bay. Infants not walking and children over the age of five are welcome. Kayaks, bikes, paddle boards can be rented locally. Good Bike and Walking Trails nearby. Falmouth and Woods Hole charming centers are within 20-30 minutes. Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is in Woods Hole.

If you love to travel with your dog (dogs), like I do, then this is the perfect place for you and your dog. We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. We have a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bath, living room and dining area When you book would you PLEASE let me know whether or not you will be traveling with a dog and if you are what breed of dog will you be bringing. This home is perfectly located in Plymouth where tourism options are endless, ten minutes away from Plymouth beach, downtown Plymouth and the waterfront area or explore the south side of Plymouth fifteen minutes away from manomet beaches pine hills golf course and others. Cape Cod beaches approx half hour away.

Beach vibes and fun colors are the main features of this cozy 1 bedroom suite.  With brand new pine floors, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom, this suite provides all the amenities for your beachside stay. This bright, first floor suite provides easy access to the beach, park, and village.  We also have beach towels and 2 lightweight beach chairs for your use :)

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.

Located within our family home, a historic structure dating back to the mid 19th century, originally Sawin Hall. Other incarnations of our home include The Second Advent Church and the Fairhaven Grange Hall.
