Your Retreat into Northern Hospitality! The Guest House is a handcrafted cabin located in the wooded countryside of the Superior National Forest. The cozy cabin, on a bluff overlooking Jasper Lake is about 250 feet from the lake. It is a two bedroom cabin with a lofted open bedroom upstairs. There is a fireplace, a full bathroom with washer & dryer on the main level and a half bathroom upstairs. There is a full kitchen and a gorgeous dining room with access to a large wrap around porch and deck.

Our camp is off road, off grid, on the edge of the BWCA. 2 cabins, sauna, outdoor kitchen pavilion, fire pit, beach and dock on Fall Lake near Ely. 20 minutes to town, 3 million acres of wilderness out the door. Fish, canoe, swim, explore woods and lakes. Spend your time here or use as basecamp for backcountry trips. See deer, eagles, loons, moose, bear, or hear a wolf howl in the distance. LED lanterns, propane cookstoves and refrigeration, get water from lake, or nearby well. Life on the edge.

Our place is a one of a kind property that is a wonderful escape for just about any kind of group. The cabin sits perched up on a beautiful scenic vista with expansive views of the Lake Saganaga. This is the entry point to paradise. Both the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Quetico Park offer unmatched scenery, wilderness and wildlife. No matter the season you will find our home to be the perfect retreat. The property has been fully updated and is the perfect combination of rustic and modern.

Cabin in Ely: Chickadee Cove on White Iron Lake

Family cabin on several private lakefront acres, with canoe, campfire pit, and dock (in summer) on a quiet cove of White Iron Lake. Interior has log beams, knotty pine walls, and lots of light from many windows. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Cozy living room has propane “woodstove”, and bright sunroom is mostly windows. One bedroom with queen bed, another with full size double, and loft with a twin. 7 miles from Ely, with direct access to the BWCAW. Good birdwatching, fishing, and stargazing.

Located in Ely, the entryway to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Cabin is centrally located to all of the BWCA entry points. Direct access to Prospector Loop ATV Trail system, and Trezona Bike Trail System. Every stay of two nights or more comes with complimentary Kevlar Canoe of their choice and free routing services to BWCA points of interest. Located on the very edge of Ely, enjoy a north woods setting with smalltown convinces, restaurants, shops and attractions all within walking distance.
