There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.
