This private guest suite in Boulder is a welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not in a basement). It is a sunny, clean and comfortable space. It has a separate entrance and easy parking and a kitchen. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable!

We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

Our home, located at the foot of the flatirons, is close to historic Chautauqua Park and multiple hiking & bike trails, the University of Colorado, and downtown.

Private Guest Suite & Entrance in Old Town

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.
