Egerton boasts many lovely walks and Dering woods are walkable from the listing. Sissinghurst castle and gardens are 20 minutes drive. Rye, Canterbury & Whitstable are within 40 minutes and Ashford Designer outlet is 25 minutes. The dog friendly restaurant and pub is a 5 minute walk. Due to the country location a car is required.

Whether it’s a peaceful break with your partner or a family getaway where little ones can run free, there’s something for everyone. Feed the alpacas, sheep and goats if animals are your thing. A local pub is just a short walk away, with several great pubs within a 5–10 minute drive. Not far from us is the big cat sanctuary and Leeds castle.
