Welcome to our Art House! This 1955 home has been stripped down to the studs to make our redesign come to life and we are excited to share it with you. Set on an acre in downtown Fayetteville, our house offers you an unbeatable location that is both downtown and feels secluded, two master bedrooms, and a back porch that overlooks the sunset. The Way

Stylish and funky, "The Way" is conveniently located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Many amenities and activities are within a few minutes of driving or biking. It has easy access to I-49 and is only minutes to Fayetteville. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all bedrooms with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit.

Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway, or family and friends desiring a fun experience, this home has it all! The property is in a wooded subdivision of East Fayetteville. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the UofA. You'll enjoy two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Downstairs you'll find a comfy living room and fire place, a large kitchen table and a game room! Outside on the enclosed porch, you'll enjoy a HOT TUB, a movie projector and a custom firepit area beyond the deck.

All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep.
