It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

A dining table and chairs, complete this lovely holiday accommodation. Two large airy double bedrooms, with ample storage. A lovely walk in shower, complete with heated luxury towel rail. USB charging points throughout the property. It will be deep cleaned between guests , is self contained to ensure peace of mind with social distancing

Old Hall guests experience all the comforts of home with the luxury of a hotel. Our guests praise the luxurious accommodation, the comfortable beds, the stylish but cosy decor and the thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers, a basket of local produce and the welcome drinks. The amenities, such as bicycles for guests use, home-made Thai food (if desired), the gym, picnic hampers and beach kit all ensure that guests' needs are very well met. The hosts are on site to provide support.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.

Visit all that this County has to offer, including miles of lovely beaches, followed by snug winter evenings in front of a Log Burner, or warm summer evenings relaxing on the Patio, perhaps observing the wildlife. There is a myriad of tracks and paths around for walkers and cyclists alike. We offer comfort with a homely feel.

The Granary is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character and the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.
