Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan er heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

It is a 2 km walk from the Central Station but also close to bus and tram stops. The highway to Brussels, Gent or Brugge is 1,5 km away. There are nice restaurants and cafes. It is also the perfect base to visit the historic cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Mechelen. The house is equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. There is a private garden with terrace, BBQ and private parking. Dog allowed.

Welcome to this charming apartment on the 2nd floor of an authentic house. It is spread over two levels and connected by a shared staircase. The layout divides your private bedroom and bathroom on one side and your private living room and kitchen on the other. Located on the second oldest street in Antwerp, this neighbourhood is surrounded by green parks. Thanks to excellent public transport connections and a shared bike station, you are just 15 minutes from the centre.

It has a dining table, TV, netflix, Wifi, and a brand new kitchen, small bathroom, . direct connection bij train to central Brussels and Leuven (20min). It is suitable for business travelers, couples, (also long term), groups and families (6p in 1 room, only short term)

You will have a lovely, groundfloor studio of 30m2 with separate entrance and terrace. Charmingly decorated, warm atmosphere and all the basics for your comfort. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Just outside the center, everything on walking distance. Lots of grocery shops in the nearby streets. Parking space available across the street upon request, 25 euro for 4 days max. There is a school next to the studio, so on weekdays there might be some noise.
