Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Positioned at the top of a hill, you can gaze over kilometers of the Victorian High Country rolling hills and eye the popular waters of Lake Eildon which are only a stone's throw away. Located a short 40 minutes from the famous ski fields of Mt Buller it is the perfect place to come home to after a great day on the slopes.

Our gorgeous home has a generous open plan kitchen/dining area and separate lounge and a reading room. It offers a private, spacious and relaxing garden, fully fenced for your four legged friends with undercover deck. Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Great place to base yourself for all the activities the High Country has to offer including easy access to the snow fields via Mt Buller or Mt Stirling. Rivers, Lakes and Mountains to explore for swimming, fishing or boating.

There is free unlimited internet and free off-street with a circular driveway to bring the boat. Pets are welcome subject to rules, you must clean up the yard after your pets.

Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
