Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Am Klopferbach I liegt am Ende einer Seitenstraße eingebettet im Grünen. Die Zwei-Zimmerwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des 2020 gebauten Holzhauses bestehend aus einem Eingang, einem hellen gemütlichen Wohnraum, einer Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Holzboden und Waldterasse. Am Fuße des Grundstückes fließt das Klopferbacherl und die Parkanlage bietet neben einem Kneipbecken einen großzügigen Kinderspielplatz.

Jacuzzi, víno na přivítanou. Chata je blízko soukromé pláže pro osadníky. Chata se skládá z kuchyně s indukční deskou, troubou, mikrovlnkou, lednicí. Dále obývací pokoj s dvojlůžkem, posezením, krbem, TV. Další místnost je ložnice se 2 lůžky. K dispozici je toaleta a koupelna - sprcha. Vytápění je v koupelně podlahové. Jinde klimatizací, v obýváku romantický krb k doladění atmosféry. Ohniště, plynový gril. Venkovní jacuzzi. Není možné pořádat oslavy a párty.
