Designer Loft at Wenceslas Square

This centrally located loft is very spacious (130sq meters) and the windows bath each room in light, however, blinds in the living room and black out blinds are on the windows in the bedroom to ensure a proper rest. Please note that the common premises are being renovated with the scheduled end of works by mid October 2024. There is no noise associated with the works.

The building is located on a hill, therefore the apartment is technically in a basement but it has a 25 sq. m. attached terrace with a view! Also, nothing in our place is low cost.
