Het pand is gelegen in een rustige omgeving en toch maar 20' autorijden naar Antwerpen en 12' naar Lier. De hangmattentuin wil u graag laten rusten en bij winderig of koud weer kan je in de veranda Genieten. Op de ene hoek van de straat begint Ranst bos met fietsknooppunt "77", langs de andere kant is de supermarkt op 300 meter.
