Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

The Old Chapel is a unique property. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and WC. The upper floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a Super King bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom. Our Chapel is in a fantastic central location, just a few minutes drive away from the Port of Charlestown where Poldark is filmed and Tall Ships are usually docked. Charlestown Harbour with many pubs and restaurants is a 20 minute walk along the cliff path or 5 minute drive away. Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. The area is perfect for Paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming and snorkeling. Local groups welcome tourists to join in.

It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Ruby's Cottage

Beautifully situated with access to the children's playground and dog walking field, Ruby's Cottage is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom luxury family retreat. Situated less than 10 minutes drive from the famous Eden Project and within easy reach of the beautiful harbour towns of Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey. Walkers can enjoy the beautiful coastal paths with many pubs and restaurants along the way. Bus routes and Par Railway Station are within a mile.
