You are also welcome to use the sauna and Granlea gardens which include a children's play area, lawn, table tennis table, bbq area etc.

The cosy second bedroom sleeps two in single beds and a further 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the light and airy living room. Enjoy beautiful uninterrupted views across the fields and watch the sunset from the west facing decking.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
