Stepping out the front door, you are within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops, Philomath Schools, churches, the local library, museum and much more! Less than 10 minutes to Oregon State University and Reser Stadium. Under an hour to Marys Peak and the Oregon coast!

Located in College Hill West, just blocks from the Oregon State campus, the house is part of a neighborhood on the National Register of Historic Places.

Renovated Barn, Minutes from Town!

Enjoy cozy days and nights in our renovated barn! Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25. Huge, spacious living room, lots of cozy seating, gas fire place, plenty of natural light, within walking distance of hiking and biking trails, and all just minutes from town and 10 minutes from OSU. Enjoy a balcony with great views, a seasonal pond, owls calling and frogs singing at night, and an abundance of wildlife including deer, turkeys, rabbits, quail, ducks, hawks, and more.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Corbin B&B - Suite

We are nestled in six acres of forest with deer, wild turkeys, owls and many wildlife. It is in the heart of Bald Hill and Fitton Green natural areas and on a gravel road. The Master Suite offers plenty of space with a private entrance, King-sized bed, kitchenette, sitting area, desk and private bathroom. There is a small patio with a fire pit. It's ideal for those who prefer their own space without needing to interact with the other (more shared) B&B area.

OSU/ Spacious Country Apt. PNW/ Coast & Wineries

Peaceful 1,500 sq. ft. walk-out apartment on 5 acres, just 10 minutes from OSU and downtown Corvallis, and 50 minutes from the Oregon Coast. Perfect for families, wine lovers, or Beaver fans, this retreat offers 2 KING bedrooms, oversized couches, and an ottoman to sleep 7. Enjoy local wineries, campus events, and day trips to Newport, then return to relax on the private patio or spread out in the spacious living areas for true comfort and connection.

Keep it simple at this cute and cozy home in historic College Hill. Located between OSU campus and the edge of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of campus or the coffee shops and restaurants on Monroe Ave. Stroll the other way through OSU agricultural fields to the Irish Bend covered bridge or climb Bald Hill for beautiful views of the coast range. Here for a football game? It's only a 15 minute walk to Reser Stadium.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Please come and stay in our lovely guest home. Our property is nestled on the hillslopes of the Willamette Valley, giving us great access to hiking, kayaking, and bike trails. All within a 5 mile radius. While we are close to nature, we are also only a 10 minute drive to the hospital as well as dining and shopping on the North side of Corvallis.
