Outside fun: 200' of sandy beachfront and trail, 2 wood firepits (wood supplied by guests), BBQ, lounging areas, 2 kayaks, 2 supyaks, 2 paddleboards, 12 lifevests, 55' LED-strip trex dock with 120v plugin, swim ladder, parking for 2+ boats. Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Nestled in Cocolalla, which is ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking and all water sports or relaxation. Please be advised in the winter months 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicles will be advised for this destination. Ten minutes away from Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille, 35 Minutes away from Schweitzer Mountain resort, 15 minutes from Sliverwood theme park

Enjoy lakeside patios for bon fires, fishing and boats to use. Sedlemayer's lakefront restaurant is directly across from us a short paddle away. Near Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Mountain Cottage

A private location on our property. The guesthouse is detached from our estate on five acres. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. This is a very private setting with tons of trees. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private parking space and private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!

Blue Heron Cabin sits on a 291 acre wildlife preserve. It has an active Great Blue Heron rookery on site, a Bald Eagle nest and a huge variety of waterfowl and wildlife. Easy access off Hwy 2. Private 35-acre lake for fishing and kayaking on site. Two kayaks with life jackets. Boat & trailer parking at cabin. Public boat launch into Pend Oreille River directly across the street; public beach and playground. Children welcome. Books & toys. 55" TV.

Woodland Beach Drive Lake House w/Private Hot Tub

This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
