This flat is combination of two separete flats which are up and down and on the first and second floor. Their doors are in the building, and stairs aren’t inside. There are 20 steps to reach first floor. There is a nice private terrace with a fire-pit and a nice wooden table. Our wi-fi is limitless and has 100 mbps speed. IPTV with all TV chanells of world. 200 m to Galata Tower, 400 m to İstiklal Street, 400 m to Metro, 850 m to Galataport. It is placed at the heard of the city in Galata.

This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Birds House

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use kayaks and a rowing boat for free.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
