Our home has 2 bedrooms, one large double and one single/twin, a bathroom with an amazing shower (no bath), a separate lounge and an open plan kitchen diner. There is also a private and enclosed garden with a relaxed seating area. The village is full of charm with 2 pubs, a lovely bistro, local shop and plenty of dog walks.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE APARTMENT. There is NO facility for EV charging. The closest charging points are in Anstey.
