Fall in love with this peaceful lake escape. Our remote cottage is located on a small trolling-motor lake with a private dock. Our lake is great for swimming! Enjoy lake floats, great fishing, long walks, sunrises and meals on the deck, nearby public access to the larger neighborhood lake, and cozy nights by the fire. We are an easy day trip to Silver Lake, New Era, and Ludington. We provide you with a full list of ideas for places to eat, boat, sand dune, and relax while you’re up north!

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

The lake is fantastic for fishing, swimming, and boating and is surrounded by Manistee Natl' Forest. Campfires and lounging on lake time!

Cabin on 125 acres of woods. Cabin has a lot of space with a full kitchen, main living area and a bonus room upstairs. We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Cabin is close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small Lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is right around the corner within a mile with public access and is an "all sports lake".
