È considerato un paese strategico, a pochi chilometri da Lugano e da numerose attrazioni turistiche (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, escursioni in Mountain Bike, Monte Tamaro, ecc). Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

Si trova in una posizione strategica: dalle finestre possiamo ammirare lo spettacolare borgo di Bellagio. Consiglio un auto per spostarsi in autonomia.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Bijou Cardada, 3.5 Zi. Whg., 120m2, neu renoviert

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden. Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus.
