Our lovely cottage has the best of both worlds; set in a village (with 3 pubs) only a train ride away from Birmingham (25 mins) or Lichfield (5 mins). The NEC is only a 25 minute commute Enjoy a log fire in our cosy lounge during winter or a BBQ and a game of table tennis in our garden during the summer! Well located for Drayton Manor, Thomas Tank land, Snow Dome, West Mids Safari Park, Twycross Zoo, the Peak District, also the Belfry Golf course and many more. The Nat Arboretum is 10 miles away

Polly Cottage

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.

Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
