Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. A historic cabin set in the forest with a private lake. It is only a few mins away from the beautiful town of Milford, PA. You can either pet with my animals , fishing, boating in the private lake , enjoy the serenity of nature or get out and explore. hiking, skiing at Shawnee, white water rafting on the Delaware Rive. horseback riding in the state park, shopping in WoodburyOutlets and various restaurants around. Whatever you choose, this house is a great pick for the nature lover in everyone!

Cliffside Chalet

Located conveniently in the Pocono’s, just 1 hour 30 minutes from Manhattan and under 2 hours from Philly! Escape to our newly renovated Chalet that was built on a rock ledge and features a gigantic 22 foot ceiling with a charming loft to relax in. Enjoy being surrounded by lush greenery and nature, just minutes from popular hiking trails, waterfalls, and walking distance to the lake and playground. The bathroom features rare stone imported from Italy and a sink carved out of rock boulders.

*Winter bookings must have 4 Wheel or AWD Vehicle. This one-of-a-kind cabin borders the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Hike right behind the cabin, through the woods, to Dingmans Creek. A short hike upstream leads to George W. Childs Park with 3 tumbling waterfalls, a rustic trail system, and observation decks. A longer hike downstream will bring you to Dingmans Falls. DWGNRA offers swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and kayaking, all within minutes of the cabin.

Just 3 minutes from the Lake Wallenpaupack boat launch and 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, bars, boat tours, fantastic hiking trails, and more. At this quiet, newly renovated (2022) retreat, you can experience great fishing, incredible sunrises and sunsets, bald eagles, blue herons, deer, various birds, and other wildlife. Relax and dine on the deck or lakeside flagstone patio while enjoying crackling embers in the fire pit.

Historic 1860 schoolhouse retreat! Modern comforts: WiFi, smart TV, kitchen, heat/AC, laundry, clawfoot tub, record player. King-size bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the loft. The living room has two large sofas, and we also have a queen-size air mattress. Enjoy 2 serene acres near the Delaware River. Relax on the screened porch swing under the fairy lights, or by the fire pit under starry skies. Self check-in/out. Unique & tranquil getaway!

Modern amenities, quiet community and minutes to hiking, waterfalls & the Delaware river. Pets welcome! ** Please take note** ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH OUTSIDE & ONLY ON OUR PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES! We have neighbors with animals and ask this for everyone’s safety. We call this The Cottage. It is one of three guest houses on 16 park-like acres, nestled into the woods, running along the scenic Bushkill Creek in the NE tip of the Poconos, near the Delaware River. All 3 houses are set quite far apart on the property and offer the perfect amount of privacy.
