A self contained annex situated in a quiet cul-de-suc, on drive parking available but a car is not essential as we are located within walking distance of Portsmouth/Fishbourne car ferry also we are 2 minutes walk from main bus stop. The annex comprises on suite double bedroom, lounge/diner/kitchen with log burner for cosy winter nights in (logs provided) Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker/hob plus microwave. One Small well behaved dog allowed, not to be left unattended .

There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining table and a separate dining room. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and the 2 largest bedrooms are ensuite. There are 2 baths with showers in the house, and 1 separate shower. While the house is over 100 years old, the decor is light and contemporary. The garden is large with lots of beautiful trees and plants.

Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
