On the ground floor there is a large living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a toilet. The room leads to a large terrace under the stars with a beautiful view of the river and the yard. Also on the ground floor there is a large glazed terrace with a jacuzzi and sauna and it can be used all year round. The star of our cottage is definitely the yard with a private pool. It is completely fenced and surrounded by nature with access to the river.

This newly furnished apartment is in the heart of the city at Meše Selimovića Street 18/9, on the second floor. City Hall is 100 meters away, and the bus station 20 meters. Nearby are banks, markets, cafés, and pharmacies. Vayat is placed in the middle of our household possession (4ha) next to the forest on the historical ground of Vuk Karadzic (linguist who was the major reformer of the Serbian language). It is possible to use the kitchen in the Vajat. Also we offer a traditional Serbian organic kitchen for an additional price.
