A Spanish-style home with hot tub thick adobe walls, terracotta​ floors and stucco, the style emphasizes natural materials, rustic touches, and a warm, inviting atmosphere with wood ceiling beams, white walls​ and clay roof tiles. 5 French double doors that lead directly from an indoor space​ like the living room​, dining room​, bedroom and bathroom to the outdoor patio. A Spanish patio covered with barrel roof tiles, white stucco walls, wood supported beams and columns and abundant greenery.

Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. We welcome guests to experience our peaceful, wooded 30 acre property located in the foothills of Nevada County. Witness and listen to the sounds of running water as you recharge; lazing at our creek, hiking through the property, on the guest deck overlooking our natural setting or soaking in the hot tub as you enjoy the wonderful nightly sunsets and evening stars. Although you experience the sense of being completely isolated, you will be within 5 miles of 12 eateries and a grocery market.

This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.
