This comfortable, updated stone-built cottage is the ideal base for an adventurous break in the Snowdonia National Park. At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. In our tiny village of Nant Peris we have a great local pub with ales, good food and an inglenook fire a stroll from your front door. Castles,beaches and adventures- Snowdonia has it all.

The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings, kitchen area and bathroom with free standing bath. There is so much to explore from our doorstep such as ancient castles, majestic mountains and lakes, steam railways, Portmeirion, Zip-world and much more. We even have the Heritage Steam Railway and a pub within walking distance.

There are 2 wood burners, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Excellent WIFI, Sky Q, walking guide books. Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.
