Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

Perfectly located directly at the base of Loon Mountain and the Kancamagus Highway, this cozy condo is the perfect vacation spot. It's minutes from the highway and a 4 minute, complimentary shuttle to the Ski area. Guests have access to the jacuzzi, game room, indoor/ outdoor pools, and laundry. It also sits directly on The Pemigewasset River, the best swimming hole in the back yard! The town's best restaurants are within walking distance. Charming, Comfortable, two-bedroom apartment within walking distance to downtown Littleton. This apartment is on the third floor of a three family house. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway to the white mountains! We are a 10 min walk, across a covered bridge, to downtown Littleton where there are small shops, nice restaurants, and Schillings Beer Company. Just 15 minutes away is Franconia Notch and Cannon Ski Mountain which have hundreds of hiking and ski trails for all levels.

Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
